Meet Our Team of Experts

  • Prior to joining OneSource Benefits in 2004, Dave spent 16 years at the Geisinger Health Plan in various roles. Dave spent 3 years as a Sales Representative, 5 years as Regional Sales Manager and 8 years as Director of Sales/Marketing. Presently, Dave is OneSource Benefit’s large group sales representative working with employer groups over 50 employees in the fully and self- insured markets. Away from work, in addition to spending time with his family, Dave is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan who resides in Mountain Top, PA with his family.

  • Dave began his career with Capital Blue Cross and has over 24 years experience with employee benefits and consulting. He started with OneSource Benefits in 2018 as Director of Sales. Dave is responsible for managing all self-funded clients in addition to new business development and strategic planning of the agency. His extensive knowledge has enabled him to effectively manage and guide his clients to making the best decision for their company and employees. He resides in Orwigsburg with his wife Stephanie and their 3 children.

  • Katie joined the OneSource Team in 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University. As an Account Service Representative Katie assists clients with enrollment, claims, billing issues, policy renewals and ACA compliance. Katie lives in Bloomsburg with her husband and two children who keep her very busy outside of work.

  • Lisa is a Senior Account Consultant and has been part of OneSource Benefits Since 2004. She has 30 years in healthcare with an extensive background in hospital systems and service delivery and leads the customer support and service backing for OneSource. Her outstanding attention to and understanding of employee needs set her apart from others in her field! Lisa is married and has two grown children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys running, hiking, golfing and cycling in her free time. She volunteers at E.O.S. Therapeutic Riding Center for mentally, physically and emotionally challenged children and adults.

  • Lindsay joined the OneSource Benefits team in February of 2021. She has 10+ years of experience in customer service and works at OneSource as an Account Service Representative. Lindsay assists clients with enrollments, claims, billing issues, policy renewals and ACA compliance. Lindsay prioritizes customer satisfaction by listening to their needs and resolving issues promptly. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends and is a proud dog mom.

  • Ali joined the OneSource Benefits team in February of 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bloomsburg University in 2012. Ali started with OneSource as a customer service representative processing enrollments, terminations, COBRA letters, ID card requests and employee phone calls for assistance. She is now our ancillary specialist that focuses mainly on life and disability coverage. Ali assists clients with Dental, Vision, Disability, Worksite Benefits and Life claims along with billing issues and policy renewals. Ali ensures all customers’ and group needs are met in a timely manner and guarantees great customer rapport with all active groups. Ali enjoys walking and the beach when she is not assisting employees.

  • Tom started with OneSource Benefits in 2004 and is the voice of OneSource. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry with a heavy concentration in healthcare. Tom heads the Telemarketing Department of OneSource and is extremely professional and enthusiastic.

  • Susan joined the OneSource Benefits team in April of 2024. Susan has 10 years of experience with Medicare and 3 years at Geisinger in health insurance customer service. As a benefits customer service representative, she looks forward to helping by proficiently processing enrollments, terminations, ID Card requests and COBRA enrollments. Susan enjoys volunteering at her church by helping to organize and manage different events in her community.

  • Marissa started with OneSource Benefits in 2023 and has dual roles with telemarketing and customer service. Marissa’s organization and attention to detail assists with finding new leads and groups for us to service and maintain. Marissa also services and specializes in group enrollment, terminations, ID card requests, and COBRA notices. Marissa takes pride in her quick and accurate customer support and service. In her free time she likes to hang out with her dog Stealie and watch live music anytime she can.

  • Sydney joined OneSource Benefits in October of 2024 as small business sales and renewal representative. Prior to that she worked at Highmark Blue Shield in Central Pennsylvania in large group sales for 3 years. She graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2020 with a degree in Marketing. Sydney worked in the industry throughout high school and college and has around 10 years of experience. In her down time, she enjoys volunteering with the Think Pink Foundation in Mountain Top or laying in a beach chair by the ocean.
